Christian Meisser (Legal Counsel, lic. iur., MBA)
Christian is our CEO and responsible for the legal service delivery.
Having worked at some of the world’s top law firms, he knows the traditional legal service model from the inside. Equipped with a strong sense of business fundamentals and an understanding of the power of technology, he is passionate about creating new legal solutions that add value to businesses and society as a whole.
Christian draws his inspiration from nature, preferably on a board in the Swiss Alps or the Atlantic Ocean.
Kurt Krautheim (Legal Counsel, New York)
Kurt Krautheim is a New York trained lawyer with considerable experience advising startup and early stage companies as well as established businesses on contracts, employment, regulatory, and corporate matters. As an entrepreneur himself, Kurt is passionate about helping other entrepreneurs and recognizes that every enterprise has its own individualized needs and objectives. To that end, he strives to provide clients with a personalized approach which addresses the risks inherent to entrepreneurship. Before entering private practice, Kurt worked for a complex litigation firm, assisting with class actions and commercial disputes in state and federal courts in New York, New Jersey, California, and Florida. Through his litigation experience, Kurt has developed a strong understanding of the reasons why disputes arise and how they can be avoided through early intervention. He works with domestic and international companies to identify key areas where litigation risk is high and develop practical strategies to mitigate or eliminate those risks. These strategies often include the design and implementation of effective employment and compliance policies, internal controls, and documentation procedures. In his life prior to becoming a lawyer, Kurt served as adjunct professor of piano at a Florida college. He is a classically trained pianist and avid jazz fan.

Martin Monsch (Dr. iur., Legal Counsel)
Martin specializes in capital markets, contract and corporate law, with special focus on areas where IT and financial markets law intersect.
Fueled by a keen interest in the automation of financial and legal services, Martin seeks to create innovative solutions for his clients to improve their competitive standing and efficiency—as well as the efficiency of surrounding markets.
Before joining LEXR, Martin worked for multiple renowned law firms. He has also acted as academic assistant to Professor von der Crone at the University of Zurich and auditor for the Zurich District Court. His PhD thesis on regulatory aspects of high-frequency trading earned him the Issekutz Award, and he concluded both his studies and the bar exam with highest honors.
In his free time, Martin gains inspiration from nature and studying the implications of artificial intelligence on society. He also enjoys writing and is currently working on a novel.
Johanna Bohnert (COO)
Johanna is our COO and responsible for continuously improving LEXRs processes and making them run smoothly.
She has an extensive background in digitally transforming established and newly founded tech companies and advising them on their strategy, innovation and growth as well as business model and process re-engineering.
With her strong business understanding, she places the customers and their needs in the centre of her work and thrives to deeply understand the businesses LEXR works for, to provide them with real value.
In her free-time she likes to jump in the nearby-river Limmat to refresh, visit her friends across Europe and stay open minded for new adventures.
Anna Maria Tonikidou (Legal Counsel)
Anna Maria has collaborated with law firms, institutions and start-up projects in Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, the UK and the US. In addition, she has worked on a research project funded by the European Research Council at the KU Leuven Centre for Legal Theory and Empirical Jurisprudence.
Anna Maria studied towards her Bachelor’s degree at the Universities of Athens and Mainz. She holds Master’s Degrees from the Universities of Heidelberg, Leuven and Zurich and has received a scholarship from Chicago-Kent College of Law. Anna Maria has received various awards and distinctions for her academic performance. She is a member of the editorial board of a legal journal, a member of research teams on AI and blockchain technology respectively, and publishes legal articles on a regular basis.
Daniel Wuenn (Legal Assistent)
To get legal services to a new level, Daniel is constantly working on improving efficiency through the use of the latest technologies. He is delighted to offer clients state-of-the-art legal consulting as part of the LEXR team.
Martin Gajdos (Legal Assistent)
In the role of an assistant Martin takes care of various processes to ensure delivering high quality legal output. Other than that, he helps standardizing documents & structuring legal products of the future.
